...Even if Measure O should fail to reassert the will of the voters expressed by 2016’s Measure S to renovate the library where it is, with little funding awarded for this disputed library-garage-housing project it will be years before any construction. In the meantime, why is the city rushing to destroy these impressive trees, contrary to our city climate action plan, and – more to the point – good sense?
